How do we split a padel or tennis court booking?
One person books and logs the court fee, then picks who played. The cost splits equally between them - or by shares if someone only played one set. The balance carries over week to week, so nobody transfers £3.75 every Tuesday.
What about football pitch hire with a changing squad?
Each booking is split between whoever turned up that week. Twelve names one week, nine the next - every session is fair on its own, and the running total tracks it all across the season.
Can we handle a round of golf with guests?
Yes. Green fees, buggy hire and the 19th hole all log as expenses, and if someone brings a guest, the guest is counted into their shares automatically - one member, two shares.
Does everyone need to install an app?
No. Share a link and the whole group can log expenses and see the balance from their browser. The app is there for people who want it, not a condition of playing.
