Split Things exists to take the friction - and the awkwardness - out of sharing costs with the people in your life.

Whether it’s a weekend away, a big group dinner, or the bills you share at home, working out who owes what shouldn’t need a spreadsheet, a maths debate at the table, or nagging everyone to install an app first. So we built the opposite: start a trip, share a link, and everyone’s in - from their browser if they like, no account required.

We care about two things in particular. Fairness: real spending is messy, so splitting is flexible - equally, by shares, by exact amounts, by percentage, or (with Premium) in proportion to income. And warmth: owing someone is shown calmly, as a step away from square - never a ranking, never a wall of shame.

This app touches money, so trust matters more than anything. Confirmations are mutual and recorded. And your financial data isn’t the product: we don’t sell it, and we don’t use it to advertise to you. We make money only when people choose Premium.
